Our team partnered with EcoFoods Ltd. to design and implement a comprehensive water conservation strategy at their main manufacturing facility in Los Angeles. Over a 12-week engagement launched in February 2025, the initiative aimed to significantly reduce water consumption, improve recycling of process water, and ensure regulatory compliance—all while maintaining production efficiency.
Key Challenges

Our Approach
